Tim Told His Story As Follows:

     It was 3am on Saturday 5 June.  Tim was watching TV. When all of the sudden his dogs started going crazy, barking in the back yard.

     So Tim went and flipped the outside lights on and he went out on his back porch. The dogs are facing toward the side of the house and not directly at the back.  Tim heard coyotes down the road that leads to His house and He didnt think anything about it.  Then Tim started calling back to the coyotes and the creature steps out of the woods on the side of his house and starts moving toward the back of his house going to the dog pens.  Tim stepped off the porch and yelled at the creature to go away.

     Tims 2 female dogs were in heat at the time so it can be assumed that the creature was interested in the dogs possibly to eat them. 

    After Tim yelled at the creature it goes and walks back into the woods exactly where it walked out at.

Tim went back into his house not really thinking much about what had just happened.

     About 5 minutes later the coyotes and dogs start barking and howling again. So Tim looks out his window and sees the creature is back again. He goes out the back door and confronts the creature with a  large poplar walking cane he made.

     Tim walks to wihin 5 feet of the creature it dosent move or even aknowlege him, so tim pokes the creature in the sternum with his walking cane really hard and yells at the creature get away from there.

     The creature is very close to his little dogs collar chain and the dog runs around the creature wrapping the chain around the creatures leg.  Tim thinks, "well this is it." There goes my little dog. The creature bends down and unwraps the chain from his leg.  Then the creature walks right back to the opening into the woods of the game trail and leaves. Tim went into the house and called 911 to get someone out to his house.

Tim adds that the creature was built muscular not overbuilt but not thin either but in very good physical condition its stomach was flat it had grey hair was really hairy except for the area around the belly button.

Sunday to investigate recent footprint sightings.“It’s not a fake. You have certain telltale signs,” said Robert Price. He pointed to dermal ridges like a handprint and midtarsal break. He said it's evidence of a foot that bends in the middle, unlike a human’s foot. Price is in Hickory this weekend with two other Alabama researchers to compare a track found recently in Burke County, to one found in Texas.
